All our electronic products, including power banks and audio gear, come with a standard 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering any technical defects or hardware malfunctions.
How long does shipping take for my order?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
What is your return and replacement policy?
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products that arrive damaged or are found to be defective upon arrival. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Are your charging cables and adapters compatible with fast charging?
Yes, our range of cables and adapters are designed to support various fast-charging protocols, including Power Delivery (PD) and Quick Charge (QC), depending on the specific model.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI payments, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
